Dress is from Modanisa, and it looks like it is only available in black and white now. Here is the link. I love this dress for a house dress. I wear it home all the time because it's so soft and feels like a tshirt. So comfy!
I am participating in the Wrapunzel 31 day challenge to do a new wrap each day. This wrap is the Amped Up Beginners Luck wrap. Link is underlined.
Jewelry is all from DYT, and kept simple to have the wrap stand out.
Let's talk about this AMAZING shirt I recevied from Ellos. (I can no longer find it on their webpage, but you could purchase THIS ONE to use in the same idea.) Would you believe that it is a pajama shirt? I decided to try and come up with 3 different outfits with this one shirt and here they are!
Outfit one: The shirt isn't available anymore. Skirt is a maxi skirt from Amazon. I combined it with a 2in1 in gray for my headwrap from Wrapunzel. Earrings are from DYT.
The lace around my waist was from a thrift store find. The shoes are found HERE. The shoes were also given to me from Ellos.
Second outfit. Same shirt. Peach cardigan is added to block off some of the bulk in the shirt. Added some gray jeggings from Walmart.
Shoes are from NineWest, but I bought them off of Amazon. Necklace and earrings are from DYT as well as the scarf that I tied into a cute bow.
Last outfit - a comfortable pajama shirt. I am wearing mine with my robe from Woman Within. And my scarf is from Wrapunzel (no longer available.)
So that's it! I hoped you enjoyed seeing these outfits. Here is the video below of the lookbook I did for it too. Enjoy!
A few weeks ago I did a full tutorial featuring Urban Decay's Naked Heat Palette. I am loving this palette - the pigmentation is amazing, and the colours glide on so beautifully.
So let's talk about this amazing outfit! I was sent this outfit from ellos. The Blouse you can find here. Pants (aren't they amazing by the way - and YES they are super comfy! I wear them all the time.) Shoes are found here. Also, let's talk about the coat above shall me. Isn't it great? I love the angled zipper on this and it is so warm and comfy.
I wear a turtleneck underneath my clothes and you can find that here. Jewelery is from the DYT store from long ago and the scarf/wrap/hijab is from a beautiful friend of mine from Israel.
So here is my next OOTD. I did not think this shirt would work at all, and I was so happy when an outfit came together. I totally went out on a limb to buy this shirt and have never worn anything like it before, but I really thought it was pretty.....so I tried it and love it.
This shirt is from Roamans. It is so comfy and great to layer with too. This AMAZING place is just down the road from me. I love where I live.
My jeans are from Walmart. Skinny jeans.
Someone was passing as we were taking pictures, which ended up being super pretty for pictures.
Hello Hello,
Here is my next OOTD. Sweater is from Walmart, and the shirt is from Woman Within.
Did you know gingham and plaid are in this season! So hot right now.
Jeans are also Walmart - Hey - I'm a mom, and DO shop at Walmart too. I do my grocery shopping there, so I might as well pick up something when I can. lol
My amazing turban wrap is from Wrapunzel and is the tshirt scarf. Yes, One of my favs.
You asked for a turban tutorial for this look. So, here it is. And if you haven't subscribed to my YouTube channel yet, you should! I upload every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.
Oh my! It's been ages. I have been super busy with life lately - and work - that I haven't had time to update here. So... let's dive right in, and I will try to catch up slowly over the next few weeks.
This amazing shirt is from Ellos. In fact, I love this shirt so much, that this is the first one I grab when I want something comfy for the day. I love how long it is and flows so nicely.
Pants are from Walmart - YES - I am wearing jeggings. Super comfy was what I was going for and yet looks fabulous. They no longer carry them as far as I know. But you could find something similar.
Okay. For modesty, I added a bandanna. This is a trick I saw one of my fav. Insta-bloggers, and I love the look. I don't have to worry about layering too much if I have the bandanna. So for a few dollars at Walmart, pick up bandannas to add to your modest wardrobe!
Lets talk about makeup now and my head wrap. The head wrap was from the DYT store a few years ago and no longer available. The eye makeup is all Tarte Cosmetics using thier "Make Beleive in Yourself" Palette.
If you haven't tried it yet you should! The pigmentation is amazing and glides on wonderfully. I recommend using your fingers to apply the more glittery shadows as they apply even more beautifully!
Nothing like the start of Fall days and warmer clothes. I LOVE this time to layer!! So... let's dive right in and talk about this look shall we?
The sweatshirt is AWESOME! It is from Ellos and super comfy. Comes in gray and black. The best part is that it has pockets!!! Love that!
My jeans are from Romans and are distressed jeans. Yes, they are my go-to right now. Super comfy.
Earrings are a DYT purchase and no longer available. The scarf around my neck is also from DYT. They don't have the same exact one still, but HERE is one that is close.
My pashmina turban is from a few seasons ago from Wrapunzel. They do not have this one any more but it is one of my favourites.
Makeup wise I am wearing HUDA Beauty's Rose Gold Palette. It is absolutely beautiful - especially the touch of gold in it!
I am wearing Fenty Beauty Foundation and will never go back. It is absolutely flawless on my face. I love it!
Nothing like a little bit of yellow for an Autumn cool day downtown Salt Lake City. My husband and I spent a day downtown SLC to browse the stores and have some fun at his work. If you didn't know, my husband is a Chef and he had a banquet that day so I tagged along and we enjoyed a kid-free day.
Of course, the flowers are still blooming downtown!! So beautiful! But... let's talk about this outfit shall we? My yellow top is from Roamans and is right now, at the writing of this blog, ON SALE for $14.99!!! YES! So go pick one up. I loved it so much I bought one in red too!
I am often asked about my turtlenecks I wear and I bought this one from Amazon. It is super stretchy, a bit thinner (and sometime see through) and tight so I wouldn't wear it alone, but it a GREAT layering piece. And for me, it runs true to size.
Earrings are from the DYT Store and are an older piece to my wardrobe.
And these shoes? Oh my! I LOVE these shoes. Adidas in silver. I actually bought them from Amazon here.
